Attack of the chibi Mazoku! This is Rekhel. She's a monster in 99PercentDark o.o and the only female one so far, which is kinda sad. She hasn't done anything obviously evil yet but time will tell >.> She mostly harasses just Blayze o.o and yes I did enjoy her color scheme ^-^

Designing her staff was fun too @_@... I loved doing her outfit. ^_^

I wanted to give this a background but couldn't think of anything good >.<;

I think this is really cute. I like the dots around the eyes and I also like the staff because of the details. I would like to see a little more shadows in the hair, expecially on the underside where it should be pretty dark. Ooh, and the little skulls in her hair are a nice touch. :]
